Blue Dolphin - Haven site

We have just arrived home from our holiday at Blue Dolphin - Filey and tbh I was not impressed at all, usually we love Haven sites thats't why we choose to go back time and time again but I not visit this site again. The evening entertainment was just downright boring, with very little appearances from the tiger club characters. Usually the characters come on stage doing different songs and dance routines, this was not the case at Blue Dolphin, it was a quick 10 minute walk around the pub waving at the kids and that was it, then we were subjected to a boring juggling act where we were terrified as my 3 year old girl was sat on the dance floor under the stage and the act decided to juggle with fire

The other main issue with this park was the fact the it has NO BEACH ACCESS which is fine if you can drive to nearby Filey but like my friends who had come on the train the had to either get a bus or a taxi into Filey

The check in process was ridiculous, there were no signs telling you where to go and when we finally found it in the pub, the queue was ridiculous and we had to wait for about an hour

I am not giving Haven a bad review as such because we have lots of fantastic holidays with them but I would definately not advise my friends or family to go to the Blue Dolphin Holiday Park.

Sorry about the Hassles Loz! At least the weather was kind. Pretty poor show from Haven.
