Not impressed at all. It's owned/run by Lake Lovers (Easedale Studio Apartment, Grasmere, the Lake District) and the photos are very deceptive. It's incredibly small and really doesn't make it clear the bed/living area/kitchen are all in one small space (at least there was a separate bathroom).

We got used to it but you really need to like the person you're staying with if you're there a week

First night turned on the hob and the power went out. Had to phone the emergency number but had to wait 2 hours for them to come and fix it - we had over £100s worth of food in the fridge getting spoiled. Shower didn't work - went from freezing cold to boiling hot but luckily could fill the bath but the cold water wasn't exactly cold so took ages to get to a usable temperature. Went to complain on the Sunday only to find out the office is closed 3 days a week when it clearly has etched on the door the opening hours are 'everyday'. Had to go back on the Monday and they just wrote down all the complaints.

If we thought the apartment was small, the designated parking was worse. He had to keep climbing out the passenger door each time.

Wouldn't recommend it at all and definitely not for over £400 for a week. Still wondering why there was dishwasher tablets in the cupboard when there was no dishwasher

Grasmere village was lovely though! Very very touristy. Everything is crammed in there too but it's a lovely place to walk around. Didn't hear any noise at night until last night with a couple of guys singing.
