Default H&M - why is delivery so slow!

Why does H&M delivery take so long! They're charging £3.90 which is more than/around same as other sites yet have to wait over a week for delivery

I ordered 6th April. According to H&M Dispatched 09/04/2011, finally it's available to track and was only processed yesterday (12th)

This is only my 2nd order from them online (last one took over a week too) but really disappointed with their service.

    Just an update

    1st order took a week
    2nd order took 10 days
    3rd order took 4 weeks

Never ordering from them online again!

wow!. That's a long time. You may as well get the bus into town and have a shop in the store. You could ride on the back of a snail and still make it home to beat the delivery van

maybe the items come shipped from abroad somewhere?

It would cost me £10 to get into Edinburgh to visit the nearest H&M so I always find ordering online far cheaper but maybe it would be worth it instead of the long wait.

Still haven't ordered from them again. I wouldn't think they'd be shipping from abroad though. Time wise it does seem like they're coming from somewhere in Europe though.
