Palpal customer service We've a business account with them turning over 10's of thousands per month. Tried getting through to speak to someone about something and just wasted 2 hours!

Would never touch them again! have not used them for 6 months now. there are cheaper and better CS out there Frugaller!
They are a law unto themselves I tell ya.

It's the fact that they're owned be ebay and insisted upon as a payment method that makes it tricky.

im using amazon MP for everything now. so much simpler. fees are explained so you know your take-home. its faster, and you feel safer imo
