TBH, not really used one so I can't really comment. I've played with friends when going through photos etc, and the interface is cracking. But not sure about usablility everyday as a good old dog and bone!

I lurrrve my iPhone The iPhone is a work of genius. I've been a proud owner of the 3G model since it's launch after a few months on the original.
The touchscreen is really usable and there are so many cool free applications to download to make your life easier.
The camera is a lot better than people make on and having your ipod on your phone is actually brilliant. I thought it would be annoying when people call while you're listening to music, but it's actually a useful way of not missing calls.
I don't want to gush, but I do love it.
