Morning all.
Times are hard with an economy slipping over the edge into recession and many companies are tightening their belts. Many are laying off staff, others are re negotiating terms and conditions.
We're in the process of setting up another forum. There's a small team of HR and employment law specialists available to offer impartial free help and advice.
We realise how difficult it is to get get reliable expert advice and often even companies get it wrong when it comes to handling redundancy situations. As they say, knowledge is power.
If you, any of your friends or family are having problems at work, don't hesitate to pop over to Redundancyforum.co.uk and post your concerns. Experts will be scouring the forums every now and then and will help you out.
No names of individuals or companies need to be given so you can completely anonymous.
Like I said, we're still setting up and things are likely to move around somewhat. There's a lot of general information to come very soon, but it's ready for questions if anybody has anything urgent.
Thanks for reading.
