Register @ Holland and Barrett and receive 150 points worth £1.50

Holland & Barrett Rewards for Life is a customer membership programme that allows you to collect 4 points per £1 on every purchase you make in store, online and by mail order.
You'll get 150 points when you fill out a form in-store or online. This is equivalent to £1.50 to spend in-store, online or over the phone (delivery's £1.99). The points come as coupons sent quarterly, so you can't use the card to spend instantly.
It's FREE and easy to join and you'll start collecting points straight away. You can pick up a membership card in store, or if you make a purchase online or by mail order, you'll egt one with your order.
Once you've received your card, you'll just need to activate your membership by visiting www.hollandandbarrett.com/signup so that you'll then start receiving all the benefits of being a Rewards for Life member.
The 150 points will be added when you activate the card.

There's no minimum spend on the points and no restriction on what you can buy, so anything under £1.50 is free.
