think that even if you are working, 3 hrs means you should still be able to check in breaks if you really want to - it may be a case of cutting it fine but most jobs give you some kind of break within a 3 hour period.Also as we found out yesterday - not always within working hours,
What if you work nights? shifts? whenever it is posted there will always be someone who it doesn't fit into.
I Don't work, still recovering from 3 breaks to my back, but am not always arround either, i drive people worse off than me about most days, do errands/shopping for others so i think its gonna be luck of the draw whichever way you look at it so well done guys

i mean i work 8-5.15 mon to fri. i get most weekends off but manage to check the internet for my emails and the like at least during luch if not more. whatever happens, its not going to fit someone. its the luck of the draw really.
