Hi all, thanks for all the nice welcomes here! Thanks for the feedback Drooler, I do appreciate that we have had some issues with service in the past, we have been taking big efforts to turn this around this year and ensure that the ******* service is much better for 2010. There has been loads done in the customer service team, like lots more mystery shoppers and more training for the drivers and so on. Really sorry if you have had trouble in the past though - Hope you all have a great Xmas and New Year and look forward to chatting with you all! Make sure you keep warm too, minus 6 in parts of London tonight - Brrr!
