Not specifically for those living in Stranraer, has a good little community and competitions of its own (you need to be a member of the forum to enter them so good chance of winning).
There's hundreds of other competition found on the net plus you can keep your Winners Diary of all that you've been winning. Competitions separated so easier to avoid or go for ones in specific areas (holidays/cars etc).
Currently a referral competition to win a voucher so would apprectiate anyone signing up through me! Plus there's a posting competition which at the moment 33 posts will get you entry
