Crikey I can't believe how long it's been since I've been on here, hope you are all well! My long absence has been due to a) my old computer dying, and having no money for sometime to get a new one b) Not long after I was last on here my stomach swelled up, and I was in alot of pain. The Doc thinks it could be Irrital bowel syndrome , so I'm currently taking tablets to see if that helps things.
Hope you are all enjoying the summer, and all being well I shall back on here regulary now! Lisa x

hello nice to see you back i have ibs not on medication anymore but did find colofac worked best i find now i can avoid foods that cause the trigger and i can control it hubby suffers too its a horrid thing
