flaming o2!!

im really ranting, fuming dont even cover it!

ive been a PAYG customer for years and years, and some numpty (my OH) convinced me that i was spending too much on top ups and that the way forward was to get a contract phone, so i went onto the o2 website and got a phone with 1000 texts and 1000 minutes a month last september, october, november and decembers bill were all 35 quid or there abouts, i didnt use all my minutes or texts, last months bill was 50 quid odd, so i thought 'ok ive used it more often than i should have no biggie, well i just checked my bill online, now considering that i still have 10 days to go till my bill is produced, i was expecting to have used my texts and minutes, but what i found shocked me to the core!! my bill so far is 120 quid!!!! so i phoned them to find out wth was going on, and apparently, i only got the 1000 texts and minutes for the first 3 months!! takes the *beep* so in my rage ive snapped the chip! and im now back to my pay as you go! flaming grrrrrrrrrrrrs

I get 1000 minutes and 1000 texts a month for £35 with 02 aswell, strange how they only gave you the deal for 3 months

i get 1100 txts and 600 mins (and 2000 weekend mins - long weekends) for £17.50 a month (18month contract should have been £17.50 for 1st 12 months only but im on month 14 and still getting £17.50 lol) not gonna correct em haha

in may i get upgrade - thinking samsung armani or N95 8GB - which ya think better?

id complain as when u hit £100 they should call ya to let you know - they do with me! it wrong that they diddnt tell u 3months only!

3 months only is a joke!

Defo better on PayGo - I went back when my contract ended but about 2 year ago I was on 3 network and they did simular to you so I rang the CS desk to which was useless they weren't quite understanding english & all I could figure out was you have to pay so I hung up "take me to court". Months letter I got a debt collecter letter rang them told them the hassle I had (above is short version) they were like sod that we'll send debt back. Never heard a thing!
