Myshopping arcade beta testers

We're very close to launch now.

We're currently going through final testing and tweaking. There will be plenty of merchants come the day of lauch too.

Will the people who offered to beta test, please drop me a quick pm when they're ready. I'll forward you an invitation code that will allow you to use the site.

Can somebody tell me how to activate my arcade please? Lisa x

You need to have chosen a name for your arcade, put in a description and added at least one merchant. Once you've done that, you should be able to use the activate button.

I've done all of that, but for some reason I still can't activate it. Lisa x

Hi Lisa. That's very strange. If you've done like Cefca has suggested it should certainly be activated.

We're looking into it now.

I think we've sussed it. Your first arcade is your default but that one isn't actually activated yet. You do have one active which you can see from your account area.

We are working on a little fix that will solve this little prob.

In the meantime you could complete the process on your default arcade. That will then work on the URL you're trying.

Sorry if that sounds complicated. It's a good point you raise and will will fix shortly.
