I'm sure he nicked the video we got shown in RE with how battery farm chickens are killed... ewwwwww! (Well actually they still did the same for the ones they reared).
Was funny when he was kicked out of Tesco and went back saying he wasn't banned... thought the letter would be in the post like the R&R'ers
Was good though - and funny how he caught one of them buying the cheap chickens.

I know and she hadn't even looked at them properly to find out that they'd had bits cut off because they'd been standing in their own dirt etc. Def makes you re-think about buying them!
Saw mum got a letter from Sainsbury's yesterday to say that their chickens are from the UK and have quality marks etc. and that they plan to be completely free-range by 2010.

im never buying battery eggs again for the past year ive bought free range
what made me mad was the large woman who said im on a tight budget i cant afford the free range erm perhaps if she cut back on junk food and food in general ...sheeesh harsh i know but it was the same with that other woman the other night buying the cheap chickens she looked like she ate very well the wrong food too if they cut back on the rubbish and ate proper food they would be able to afford it the eggs arent that much more probably same as a bag of crisps they so obviously like

Tesco too are pretty appauling saying they're keeping them because some of the public on a tight budget - egg/chicken is pretty much a basic yet they work with other supermarkets to artificially increase the price of milk which was illegal and are not willing to make a dip into their profits to give people healthy food.
We always buy organic eggs - they're SO much nicer than cheap supermarket ones.
