    named and shamed by me they have really made me mad

    ordered on jan1st 1 scalextric in the sale for my sons birthday which is today ordered in plenty of time supposed to be delivered by today i rang 2 days after to check all was well and it was in stock was told it was
    monday i rang to ask why the status of my order hadnt been dispatched was told it was being dispatched that day
    today is here it hasnt come!!! i rang to have a go at them didnt get very far all they are going to do is let me know what the courier says as its at the main depot

    my son is without his pressie!!! im gonna write to them how flamin dare they
    the broken wii at xmas was bad enough now this !!!

    OMG I can't believe the **** you have had! Poor lad I bet hes feeling a bit disheartened by it all!

    I'd try a phone complaint with Boots and be blunt to ask how they will compensate for this! I bloody would the Wii was bad enough. Did you ring them?

    in a rush at mo but i emailed them last night told them if i didnt get a satisfactory reply id be writing a recorded letter to head office and the customer service manager i told them i wanted answers as to how this happened when i rang on 2 occasions to make sure it would arrive in time i cant believe it i really cant
    by the way callum is fine he didnt know what he was getting just an extra present which would be his big pressie told him he will have another to open today i just feel terrible for him i really do


    ive yet to write to nintendo as i have to ring for the correct address and its one thing to get in the phone q and when you do you can be waiting 15 mins its terrible

    The details have been passed to the Management Team for boots.com who will investigate. They will also take any further action necessary to improve the systems and avoid any further problems.

    In the circumstances I have today put through a full refund for the order which I hope you will accept as a token of my regret for the poor service received.
    result i wanted them to make sure this wouldnt happen again and told them so ,im glad its been taken seriously btw that came from the customer service manager

    now im waiting a reply from the nintendo idots i emailed them in the end if i get no reply ill be on the phone!!

    it was in the sale not too expensive i just wanted a groveling apology and i got one no money or treat would have made up for their error so not bothered what they offered same with nintendo its nice to get something but they cant bring xmas day back
