Exclamation Yoursecretcode closing Feb 2008.

    Dear all ysc members,

after many meetings and much thought over the Christmas period, we have decided that now is the time to close yoursecretcode.co.uk.

As you may be aware, we will shortly be launching a new reward based site. As member satisfaction has always been our priority, we feel that by concentrating on one reward site is the best way to meet your needs.

As we need to furnish the new site with advertisers on the new site when it’s live, we are unable to tell you it’s name until launch. We can say that it will be a money based reward system with more opportunities to earn than any other similar site on the web.

Since the launch of YSC almost 3 years ago today much has changed in the industry and we have learned a lot. Through YSC and Frugaller we can see what you need for complete satisfaction.

From feedback we’ve received and scouring the internet we know our reputation for reliability is unsurpassed. We aim to maintain this during the transfer and running of the new site.

Closing a site is never easy so we’ve put plenty of thought into the process.

Once launched (approx end of Feb 2008 - give or take a week or two), all YSC accounts will be transferred over. All members will be sent an email allowing them to opt out of the new site (though as users of YSC, we’re sure you won’t want to).
Anybody with dice rolls should use them by the end of Feb 2008.
Anybody that has recruits to trade, should do so by the end of February 2008.
Anybody with rewards to claim, should do so before the end of Feb 2008.
As the min amount of recruits to trade is 5, anybody with 4 recruits or less at the end of Feb 2008 will have them removed from their YSC account and credited to their new account at the rate of 25 pence each. Any more than 4 recruits will be forfeited - so ensure you've selected rewards by then.
Missions can still be completed between now and end of Feb 2008. Any mission awaiting verification / approval after this date will still go through the normal process. Once approved, even after end of Feb 2008, you will still be able to log into your account and select a reward. The only difference will be is that you’ll be unable to select recruits as the reward. Therefore it’s still possible to benefit from completing YSC missions right up to the end of Feb 2008.
At the end of Feb 2008, YSC missions will be removed from the site, leaving the rewards and user account sections, to allow selections of rewards.
Any left over missions pending verification will be either approved or rejected by the end of march 2008. Members will be notified of verification after which they can select their rewards. YSC will be closed in it’s entirety on March 7th 2008.
I know this will be a disappointment to many of you and it’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We certainly wouldn’t have done this unless we felt it a positive move for our members. You never know, YSC may make a massively revamped come-back one day in the future.

If anybody want’s to feature in the beta programme of our new site, please pay a visit to this thread.

Any questions or comments on the closure of YSC, please post away. If there’s anything we’ve missed to make the changeover as satisfactory as possible, we’ll accommodate wherever we can.

Sorry to see the site go, I have had a few good gifts in the past. Thanks for the advanced warning so I can get a few more recruits before I trade them in. i can't wait to see what the new site will be like.
