i can name a couple at the moment who are doing my head right in

placed 2 orders via the internet 2 different companies one replied within 2 days so i replied back stating i wished to cancel the out of stock items and to carry on with shipping my order this was 3 days ago im going to ring them shortly dont want to name these as ive always had good service in the past


the next ill name virgin megastores no contact number on the website and i placed an order that was instock and it went to back order(this has hapened before) so i emailed and asked if it was likely id receive this in time for xmas this was 4 days ago!!!!! now i understand they are busy this time of the year but please grrrrrrrrrrrr im really annoyed about this now a big store like this and you would expect better customer service
anyone know of a telephone number??? i can just cancel but it has a gift certificate attached and i dont want to lose this

2 hours ive been trying to get through !!! to soft uk anyone else had problems with these guys?? ive always had my stuff dispatched the phone has been engaged for 2 blimmin hours ive been redialling

they pretended they couldnt hear me and put the phone down then it went on to answer machine so i have emailed them telling them i know about their rep and if i dont get a reply in 30 ins im contacting trading standards

It's just disgusting how more and more companies these days treat their customers with such contempt! I really hope you get somewhere with them. Lisa x
