breath in, breath out, do you feel better now? I bought a pair of shoes for work the other day, and while they only cost me £5 I expected them to last more than a day! Took them back to the shop only to be told that It was my fault as I'd probably walked too much , that's one shop I won't be going into again.

I'm working this weekend but will back home just after lunch so will use the time to catch up on some reading. My room is getting more and more like a library everyday. Lisa x

I got to watch fireworks walking home from babysitting last night there was some going off by the golf course. My dad got their dad some fireworks including a HUGE 4000 explosion one so no doubt will hear those.

Won't be able to see this years local display from my window - trees have too many leaves.

But I have a nice quiet one this weekend. Got to read too and write those Amazon Vine reviews before the next lot gets added and keep getting stuff to test for survey sites.

Perhaps I'm getting too Frugal in my old age but clara just spent £30 on a pair of shoes from clarks for our lad (3), I nearly chocked. They'll prob last 2 weeks.

    Am I being stingy?

We took our lad to fireworks last year and he freaked. I had to leave early, so may copy you guys and get some in tomorrow night to get him customised. (A good excuse to let some off).
