http://www.exeter.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=6793 went on Thursday and didn't realize it was the grand opening, although one or two shops aren't opening until October. Hotel Chocolat were handing out free hot chocolate drinks, but the queue was massive so I missed out . Had to smile though across from the centre a new underwear shop was opening, and a bloke and woman were handing out free champagne in their undies. This old dear got quite excited when she saw the bloke and had her photo taken with him, the poor bloke didn't know where to look when she pinched his bum .
