took people to hospital again this morning then got a puncture on the way back ,so wasn't in a good mood . got back home just in time to have to go pick them up again!. Stopped at post office for them to get pensions etc and muppet in car boxed me in for 20 minutes! Then got home and had wombles from Capquest threatening me with all sorts over a debt i don't owe - oh did they get it down the fone (have looked up where i stand so let them threaten me with all sorts before pointing out they were 1) not entitled to collect the debt even if i had owed it since they'd failed to provide proof of debt. )2 by failing to provide proof of debt had actually commited an offence. 3) by foning me and threatening me were trying to obtain money with menace and finally 4) up the creek without a paddle since i'd recorded the phone call (as i had notified them i would in my previous correspondence requiring proof of debt) and was passing it to the office of fair trading. I also pointed out that in law the only way to enforce this now was to take me to court. I swear i could hear his ego deflating on the fone before he composed himself enough to hang up so i feel loads better now. Of course they could drag this out a bit more now if they wanted by taking me to court but i doubt they will and even if they do - i don't owe THEM anything. Thank god i found grumbletext!
