    Default Amazon??

    Can anyone help me please......im at the end of my tether with Amazon. I tried to order something a couple of weeks ago using the gift voucher i won on here (lucky frugaller). They sent me an email to say the item was out of stock and since then my voucher has disappear and says i havent got one on my account. I have emailed Amazon loads of times and they keep telling me that it should be there etc. But it isnt!! Also what can you use your voucher to buy, cos everytime i tried to use it before it said unable to use dur to a third party or something!

    Please help someone im soooo annoyed and dont know what to do!!

    Right - if you paid by voucher and the order is cancelled they will have to recredit your gift account... check in Your Account that the order is cancelled because sometimes they tell you it is out of stock but will eventually send it when it is in stock.

    You can only spend vouchers on items sold by Amazon - excluding the marketplace, Zshops and auctions. You need to watch because sometimes there are shop sellers like Pixmania that sell items on main Amazon pages.

    Also if you try and go through another site to get cashback and you pay by vouchers you won't get anything... they only seem to pay out if you pay by card.

    ive just had a look in my account and there isnt even anything at all about the item i ordered?? Just a freebie from last year.

    aha - i had a similar problem a while ago , now don't quote me but i seem to remember that what happened is the voucher because its been used is actually cancelled, what happens is instead they credit your account but this doesn't actually show on your account, but when you place an order it then shows up when you go to checkout

    Yes that is how they did mine too didn't show untill checkout section and I had to tick the box to agree to use it.

    iPoints have always given me points when i've ordered through their site and paid using vouchers. Give it a go.
    King.com the skill games site is my biggest addiction. Next on the addiction list are cashback sites which include YSC
