    Default Saving up for Christmas

I'm on a mission to start saving for Christmas! I know it seems so far away but that's why now is the best time to start. My family has been expanding over the past few years so more presents to buy.

Have you got any suggestions for making money online which doesn't involve spending?

At the moment I'm making money on survey sites and review sites

    Survey Sites
MySurvey - Sorry - Service not available currently
    Valued Opinions - https://www.valuedopinions.co.uk/

    Review Sites
Dooyoo - Shopping, best shop, Price comparison, Product review at dooyoo.co.uk - up to 60p per posted review / 2p per read
Helium - Helium - Where Knowledge Rules - earnings vary
YoustayUK - YouStayUK - The best things to do and places to stay in the UK. Holiday accommodation and things to do on vacation in England Scotland Wales and Ireland. - £1 per review

Anyone want to join me in my mission? I'm going to keep track weekly as that's likely to keep me motivated.

    At the moment I've got:

    MySurvey - 220 points
    VO - £7.50
    Dooyoo - £35.86
    Helium - $19.56
    YSUK - £4

There's Ciao UK as well, alot of members post their reviews on both DooYoo UK and Ciao UK and can double their rewards on each review see Price Comparison and consumer reviews at Ciao

I've been banned from Ciao a few times. They won't let me join any more

Oh? why was that? I've used both sites without any problems, though I haven't been on DooYoo for quite some time... my dad uses both sites too since I mentioned them when he retired last year lol.

Funnily enough it was for having an opinion The last email said something along the lines of they were deleting my account for being too negative about the site

Love Dooyoo though. Joined Ciao in 2003 and Dooyoo in 2004.

Weird...you'd think the whole point of the site is to offer a platform to share opinions, your own opinions which can be either negative or positive - what was it you didn't like? if you don't mind me asking... I've earnt *about* £170 worth of Amazon vouchers on DooYoo but I reckon I've earnt about £350-£400 cash in total from Ciao, since summer 2007...

I can't actually remember Think the last time I was there was 2005. *checks emails*

Oh yeah they were running ads about the countries they paid to but none of the European countries paid worldwide. I complained when they were adding naughty 18+ pictures to the product suggestions (a lot of them on kids reviews too!), they refused to announce comp winners after the person sent details numerous times, lack of emails, the site went down so most people went to Dooyoo. Then of course they blocked me after helping them out and a guy from Manchester Uni which meant I couldn't get paid for it as the money was to go into Ciao accounts and they removed me from the list

Although I missed the guestbooks from Ciao, there's definitely a lot less drama on Dooyoo. Can easily avoid it.

I was looking at toys with nephew yesterday and he kept saying 'want that' so looks like I'm going to need to save a lot more than I currently have

Not had a chance to get a lot done yet but update

    MySurvey - 220 points
    VO - £7.50
    Dooyoo - £39.83
    Helium - $19.81
    YSUK - £4

Still waiting on quite a few things being credited so hopefully a few of the balances will jump up soon!
