think ill be doing the garden today again this sounds silly but i need to flare up my back and stiffen it up as im going to the hospital tomorrow afternoon to see an orthopedic consutlant for another legal report and poss book me in for further investigation its best he is able to see it at its worst

Makes sense. There's nothing worse than a prob that comes and goes only for it to go every time you go to the docs.
