Default Christmas shopping just about done?

It seems to get worse year on year. Ever growing family and more and more stuff to buy.

Not that I do much of it.

Anyway, I think we're just about done now. A couple of days earlier than usual, which can't be bad.

    Just groceries now.

    How's everybody else getting on?

Prezzies all sorted for everyone. Food is whatever the inlaws choose to get in seeing as we are guests - lol. Just need to start buying myself some iphone apps now to get me through the 4 day break.

You guys are damn right about supermarkets. I won't even tell you what the other 1/2 has spent in the Supermarkets today. Yes, multiple supermarkets.

Unfortunately we're hosts again this year, pretty much opposite to Morph's situ.

Ah well, a champagne breakfast should help. Should be a fun day at least (though could have had a family week's holiday for the cost!).

    I am sorted!!

I did that 'savings' thing at Parks. Got £200 in vouchers... so did all my shopping a while ago.

I took all my pressys up to Newcastle last week... and today I am traveling to Liverpool to spend X-Mas with family down there. Though not able to stay down there too long as I have to be back in Leeds for work.

BUT!!! My mum decided to put ALL her pressys for people (including mine) in my Grandads car (in Newcastle) for him to take down (as we are going via coach)

But my grandad LEFT his car in Newcastle and went down to L'pool via a removel van (he's just moving house)... so NOW... he's in L'Pool... the pressys are in N'castle... my mum is NOT happy!!! BAD TIMES!!!

Food shopping done! Tesco wasn't too bad - quite busy but loads of food on the shelves. Glad went this morning rather than later!

I had to nip around a few places earlier. Town, asda, morrison. Roads, car parks and shops were all quite reasonable (thank God).
