My mum is allergic to flowers, and perfume. She's not mad on chocolate so I usually just get her some Dvds, and CD's that she's after.

Yeah we've got tonnes of bath/smelly stuff, she always gets flowers and is on a diet so wouldn't want chocolates
Ended up with a Sudoku book which I managed to find on Amazon for a couple of quid cheaper than John Lewis (and that's without including JL postage costs!) and ordered flowers from NEXT who have a much nicer selection than Interflora although was hard finding ones that would actually deliver on/before Mother's Day
