    Default Caught the Ba$tard!

    I caught an elderly man today fly-tipping! It wound me up so much I photographed him (using my Iphone and camera zoom app ) and an now emailing waste control at work (I work for council - although nothing to do with waste control).

    I even confronted him, saying I had photographed him and would give him the chance to go pick it up and dispose of it properly. He fired back with "im disabled and crippled". To which I said "I dont give a shit and that he cant just dump his crap on the floor"

    He has really got me the hump, and he looked like captain birdseye

    Is Drooler an honest citizen helping keep britain tidy or a do-gooding tattle-tail. You decide

    Got a email back from health manager. they tracking him down! Damn, they want a witness statement too. overtime i thinks!! lol
