Scallops A friend of mine has just got back from diving and brought round loads of Scallops. Just been opening and cleaning them up ready to freeze. Yum!

Oh you gotta try them calloo, I really like them, I was never a fish person til I moved to the coast, well apart from fish suppers from the chippy
but theres a lovely fish restaurant on the sea front that we go too and I was adventurous yesterday and tried mussells for the first time, will be having them again as well
Enjoy Phil

Looks fab - unfortunately there are no restaurants near me so will have to make a note in case I am near one in the future. Thanks for that
If you love mussels Belgo is fab too http://www.belgo-restaurants.com/.
