Afternoon all, I really could do with some help for a new phone I've just got for mum's Birthday.
It's a new phone bought off ebay, and I can't register the Orange sim card. Online I'm told after entering the number that Orange doesn't recognise it, and on the phone they say they can't help.
Any ideas? I need to sort this issue out quick for mum.

could be the sim card is out of date, think they need to be registered by 6 month
orange send out free sim cards which take a few days to come

Well I'm hoping that's what the problem is! I ordered some sim cards, so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get her phone up and running soon. Lisa x
