Right, not selling a single item on there again, ever! period!
One of the fragrances i sold earlier this month arrived in Estonia today and the nerve of the woman to say its fake! I mean for FS it came from boots! even had the boots sticker on it!
As a seller i cant leave - feedback (silly new rule i say!) yet she can! and if she reports it to paypal they will side with her (paypal always sides with the buyer).
If she is gonna be a cow about it im making it as hard as possible - showing paypal credit card statement showing boots.com on there and insisting on having the item back before refunding at all! I see a nice long battle here starting.
officially saying a big FU to Ebay

Some of ebay's new rules are crazy. I've been having it out with their staff on the powerseller support board for a shop we've been helping run.
The new best match search is a class A balls up and will never work.
Ebay's in trouble and there's lot their doing wrong.
Like a car crash in slow mo.

Seriously Jak, eBay doesn't always side with the buyer. I bought an item, never arrived, seller made up some weird excuse and sent 'another' then accused me of having 2 of the same item after they refunded me for their mistake. Paypal took their side so I got a strike but meh... still got a free item
Make it hard for her because chances are she'll be doing it to everyone else.

had the closure notice from ebay today. cant do paypal until thursday though as they say it has to be 10 days after ur last transaction.
