Official README Before you trade! (Listing template here)

Got loads of things lying around that you think somebody else can make use of?
Sick of giving ebay a massive 10% of everything you flog?

When selling something, list it here first. After all, it's FREE!

If like us, you've got stuff lying around unused for ages, why not make yourself some cash? Whatever you're thinking of getting rid of, sell or swap it here. You might also list a free item, asking your fellow Frugaller to only pay for delivery or come and collect.

Selling or swapping stuff through Frugaller Forum is completely Free. All we ask is that you have made at least 10 posts in the forums before you make your first advert. It's always good to build a good rapport with your fellow members. The more people who get to know you, the more likely you are to successfully complete your transactions. Frugallers particularly like to see money saving and free stuff tips. So if you have any, share them.

So before you create your first advert:

Make sure you've posted 10 times in Frugaller forum.

It helps if everybody lists their items in a similar format, including the title of the thread. Please see the template in the next post for the ideal listing format. Please copy and paste it into a new thread for each item you're selling or swapping and edit appropriately. (Please also note the titles. It will help if you title it with a good short description along with price and delivery charge.

When creating your advert, please use the appropriate prefix. For Sale, Wanted etc. When a listing is sold or you wish to end it for some other reason, please edit the prefix appropriately.

When creating your advert, please use the tags to describe your item. This will allow more people to find your items.

Please keep questions and answers about items in the public threads, but personal information (names addresses etc) private.

Please give feedback (in the thread) once the transaction is complete to let everybody else know how it went.

Click here for general advice to safely buy, sell or swap stuff through the Frugaller FREE ADS.

Hi, I have a few items to sell, and was wondering if it would be better to post them in one thread?
    Thanks.

    Hiya,

if you post them in separate threads you'll more likely have success. The search engines will then pick up the title for each item and bring visitors to have a look.

We can also mark each as sold individually.

    Thanks and good luck!
