Official Avatars

At the moment the site doesn't allow you to use an image from another site so will only allow you to upload one from your computer.

The size restriction is less than 80x80 pixels and/or less than 19.5Kb (whichever is smallest).

If you find a picture you like on the net you can right click and save it to your computer before clicking on 'upload' in your profile. Find the picture on your computer and click on 'save changes'.

You can usually change the size in paint if it's too big but that won't work with animated ones.

If you need any help, just let a mod/admin know and we'll do our best!

If you have a photobucket account you can actually upload any picture & it will resize it for you to the required avatar setting here which is a GREAT little tool

But then you'd need to save the resized image back to your computer to upload it

Good point! How annoying although sometimes I find when you change images in paint the quality changes - That part of paint does my head in

Yup - if you're saving to jpeg etc. can get quite bad - my comp entry for the choc fountain did that - can see quite a difference!

It's not letting anyone link from photobucket etc. but you can upload them from your computer.

    Missed this sorry Loz...

If you find a pic on the net you can add it - as you have done with what's in your sig just now, get the link for a pic and stick at either side (no spaces).

Frugaller ones can be found here: http://www.frugaller.co.uk/banners.php

MissyS got hers from here: http://www.tonitags.co.uk/
