Go to: http://www.myshoppingarcade.com/getcashback/Play/ - make sure you are logged in. Click on Continue and that will take you to Play. Go buy whatever you want and in a few days you'll receive an e-mail from MSA to say you've got X amount pending from your purchases and then in about a month MSA will have been paid so they'll confirm it in your account. Once you reach £5 confirmed you can then cashout.
