Googled bingo.com but couldn't find many reviews. The FAQ's are a bit of a pain but there's the main payouts:

A Player's Cash Account and Winnings Account will only be available for withdrawal subject to a 4 times rollover rule. What this means is that the player must wager 4 times the amount of the original cash deposit plus bonus (in any of the bingo games) in order to have any account eligible for withdrawal. If a player is playing any non-bingo games, the player must wager 12 times the amount of the original cash deposit plus bonus in order to have any account eligible for withdrawal.

Players can make withdrawals of £20.00 or above. Credit card withdrawals, subject to whether Bingo.com consents to allowing the particular withdrawal via credit card, are limited to £5,000.00 per day. Neteller withdrawals are limited to £2,500.00. Withdrawals may be subject to proof of identity checks at Bingo.com's discretion.
