if you order a nibble box - its 4 packs of dry
if you order fruit box its 1 fresh fruit and 2 dry

I emailed them about it. They said the following:
"I'm afraid that this option isn't showing as for now we've decided to stop sending out fresh fruit, as we weren't able to source it to high quality we normally do, and we'd hate to send you out fruit below the standard we're so proud of.
We do hope to bring back fresh fruit in the future and we will let you know when we do"You Know You Love Mex.o.x.o
