I've heard Eclipse are very good.
We have them at home and a few friends at uni. If you know a friend on them they can also recommend you and get cashback.
I am on BT, with the hub etc... they are quite good.

For one reason or another - we've been with AOL for about 12 years now. I know people hate it. But in all that time we've not had many probs at all.
I can't compare them to other ISP's because we've not been with any.
We had a prob a couple of weeks ago where we couldn't connect to a particular site via aol, but was ok on other connections - 3g etc. Took ages to sort out. Also, we had no access for a day - also a few weeks ago.
I must say though, over the years - they've generally been very good.
One reason people dislike them is the overheads from their software. Loads of stuff you prob don't need with their own browser etc. But with a router, you don't even need to touch it. Just use firefox or IE for your browsing.
