unfortunately the unit within my work doesnt stock it just your bog standard niceday products. shame really, im looking 4 an excuse to go nosey.... (i work for t-mobile but viking is in same call centre)

they expect us to start taking service calls on friday, after wetting ourselves laffing at the trainer dude ,he gets the point...
the systems in the training rooms are shocking!
ftr every tmobile csa has undergone 4 weeks training before being released onto the calling floor properly.
