    Default Cabin Crew Books :)

I am considering apply for a post in Cabin Crew for Emirates Airlines. It has been my lifetime ambition since I was a tiny tot boy!
Now is the time. *Rubs Hands*
I recently submited my application and got accepted however, all UK interviews held in January 2008in LONDON (I live in Manchester)

Ok cut to the straight point
I am looking for two books:
    Complete Cabin Crew Interview Manual

    AND
So you want to become cabin crew...

The first book is about 35 quid, I am willing pay that much at last resort, but If you can find it cheaper

2nd is on for a tenner on ebay, but if you can beat it ,im greatful.

Also, if you can beat it, I'll try to get up some sort of reward, maybe ipod shuffle off winzy or ...

    Thanks People
    M.A.H.M.

Not available at the moment but keep a look out on Readitswapit... if you upload any books you have then you can request a swap and all you'll be paying is postage to send your book to the person (and they pay the postage to send their book to you):

So you want to become cabin crew Complete Cabin Crew Manual

If you post on the forum in the wishlist section you might just be lucky enough to find someone who has it but not listed.

    Manual £34.99 WHSmith Frugaller it

Manual £29.94 free P&P http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/WEBS...?id=0955281806 Think this will be the only one in stock.

Become Cabin Crew if you want to buy it new the cheapest is Blackwells... all the same price but postage is cheaper than Amazon and WHSmith.

Where ever it is you are going for the interview you could try and see if anyone from last year still has theirs (know people at Uni usually have their books to sell on).

    Good luck!

I got the JOB! OMFG. I CANT BELIEVE IT.

Okay I tells you what happened.

I tried to order books, but they seem irellevant to Emirates who is UAE, airlines. So I searched and found a book dedicated for Emirates Interviews so I ordered it. Realised Interview was week after and delivery takes yonks so I emailed the publishers to state what happened, and we agree on paying £10 for next day insured delivery (book £25,+nex day del= 30pounds)

Read it 3 times that week, learn everything.

    Went to Open Day, relaxed
    Group Interview type thing:
In Manchester about 120 people turned up, by the end of Final Interview there were only 8 left. This is common at EK open days! 100's get 'evicted'

    *info/qa session=passed
    *hand in cv/1-2-1 for 2 mins =passed
*Did reach test (reach 212cm)= passed
    *group discussions=CANNOT BELIEVE I PASSED
About 80 got kicked on group discussions
Question inc: You're on a new planet. Name it and list 10 items you take. They did'nt want correct answer, but team work skills,cooperation/communication skills, not to bossy, not to shy, encouraging, good listner etc
*Next Day: Final Interview for 8 people
I did it, talked about past experience
Now just the damn bloody 4-6 weeks wait, then medicals then I jet off to Dubai for the rest of my career!!! Im so excitied
Thanks Heavenly Charms so much, Vodka n Cokes on me!
Ill send you a gift in DXB if I get it!!!! but the Interviewers were really impressed, i just smiled and nodded lol

YEEEEESS! MY DREAM JOB IS ONLY WEEKS AWAY!

I reccomend any one who is single or married, outgoing, bubbly, honest and willing to move to DXB, visit www.emiratesgroupcareers.com

Total about £16k per year including basic economy pay (u get upgraded every 2 years) free tickets for relatives, special fast trak cards, free accomodation, hotels etc, transport, medical care, food paid for, etc

Only go if you are commited and dertimined to do good in your career

SOOOORY FOR LONG ESSAY, but you can guess im so excitied
Im off t'bar to get 2 pint of largers and a packet of crisp, OR Typhoo??
    Very hard decision...
