You'll have a great time. Kids love it. The peaks have lots of wide open spaces, let them run them selves ragged. They crash at 7pm, the adults crack a bottle of red.
Nice.
Far better than 3 hour check - ins and 3 hours on a cramped plane if going abroad. They don't need that.
Sorry, back on topic....

Have been in Asda last night and they had a whole end of aisle fixture dedicated to hols stuff like small first aid kits, stuff to keep the kids amused etc.
What is it that you are looking for, I have that many coolbags/roll up rugs in the house from Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer, you would be more than welcome to have some of them
BTW Sainsbury's are running their summer offer again where you buy 5 things like pies, sausage rolls etc and get a free gift (sports set for kids, cool bag and a couple of sandwich bags.

This site is pretty good for camping stuff, slightly cheaper than your average camping shop and excellent quality bits and pieces. I visit the actual store in Birmingham which seems to have more special offers than the site, so if you're local to one of their 3 shops (Brum, Southampton and erm... one other which I can't remember!) definitely pop in before ordering online.
Alternatively, have you tried putting a 'wanted' up on Freecycle?
