Post Looking for a replacement small car

Yes this is a long shot and its not like a regular item as such but I thought why not post about it anyway, I suppose... anyway im looking at changing my car during the summer hopefully as its four years old now and its starting to have problems...I need a reliable car so I'd like to part exchange it for something newer (hopefully either brand new or no more than 2 years old).

I only need a small car, I currently drive a Chevrolet Matiz 1.0. I'm thinking of getting possibly a Kia Picanto as they offer a 7 year warranty and cheap road tax, or otherwise maybe a Nissan Pixo, or a Hyundai i10, something like that... I keep forgetting to research more but im on the lookout for special deals like from Arnold Clarks in West Lothian or nearby, anything like that where I could get a semi-decent deal would be great. I'm looking at a price bracket of probably about £6,500 tops, presuming I should get £500-£1000 for my car (thankfully im ok for money but wouldn't want to go much above that) but sometimes you can catch some good deals. My car I got over £500 off because it was one of the last with the old registration plate and the dealer was doing a special sale to get more people locally to drive Chevrolets, so if anyone finds a good deal or a sale specifically for smaller, compact cars then please let me know, I'd really appreciate that,

    Thanks!.

Hey, I saw a 107 Peugeot 1.0 posted on HUKD for £5,595.07 @ Carfile? It's quite a small car in my opinion and it's within your budget. Even if you don't like it, it might help someone else, I just remembered about it after reading your post.

Never buy a dwarf with learning difficulties......it's not big and it's not clever.
