Default Multi user windows 7 upgrade

    Hi Frugallers,

I've got one eepc with windows xp, a desktop with xp, a laptop and desktop with vista, and one laptop with windows 7.

    Windows 7 is ace.

I'd like to upgrade at least 3 of the other machines to windows 7.

Do any of you guys know of a cost effective way of upgrading multiple machines? I think Drooler once posted a thread.

The tricky part: don't want any dodgy licenses though.

    Open to suggestions.

    Cheers guys.

Microsoft offered Family Packs (each valid for 3 separate computers) for a limited time during Windows 7's initial launch period, since expired. It was only available as Home Premium and only to those running Windows XP or Vista and looking for an upgrade copy, offered as a 'thank you' to loyal Windows customers. You can still find them on Amazon and other sites, sold by third-parties that stocked up and continue to sell them at a small premium, but still less than current retail.

Thanks ace! I may have missed the boat on this one, but I'll have a look based on the info you've given.
