thankyou HC - I was supposed to have a label m summer set, from ukhairdressers.com never been received and i have emailed them on numerous occaisions, well they didnt say which summer did they
Good luck! I sent them an e-mail the other day about that comp that said I couldn't enter and got an autoreply that they are out of the office till the 17th Oct I think so they'll get it when they get back.
You may even want to e-mail the site and say you are getting isp.org.uk involved due to their lack of communication (never know they may move it!).

im still awaiting my sony portable dvd player i contacted the company by email today as the letter said i had to contact them if i hadnt received it in 28 days from new mag the company involved invomo which is a communications company?? hmmm its just 28 days so ill give them a few more days
